Well it’s that time of year again… all four of us will be making the short trip to Manchester international airport the week commencing 18th October to fly off to Zagreb (via a short excursion to Germany) to play at our Autumnal residency at the Zagreb Film Festival.

Now in it’s 7th year the festival has grown into one of Eastern Europe’s premier film festivals, the festival specialises in featuring debut, first and second author films. It was at the festival that German feature film ‘The Life of Others’ by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck won its first festival awards, both from the audience and the jury, and it is not seldom the case that Zagreb audience gets to be among the first in Europe to see movies that later turn into blockbusters, such as ‘Borat’ which had its European prepremiere in SC Cinema. The Festival award is called GOLDEN PRAM and the general sponsor Vipnet provides monetary awards in the international competitions.

We’ll be playing each night in the Teatar &TD zone at the festival, expect the best deep, techy, funk laded house to be blasted out to a packed venue every night.
